PRODUCTIVE PROCESS

WITH PRODUCTION CAPACITY OF 300.000,00 TONS PER MONTH THE PRODUCTION PROCESS IS COMPOSED OF:

1. STRIPPING AND REMOVAL OF TRANSITION MATERIAL

Using trucks, tractors and excavators, the process begins with the removal of the capping material that covers the rocky massif. The collected material is dumped into specific areas for disposal of the sterile and inert material, which are carefully controlled for drainage, stability, among others, leaving the premises in conditions conducive for future use.

2. DRILLING AND DISASSEMBLING

After proper preparation of the workbenches, with calculation and marking of meshes, the drilling phase begins. For this purpose, hydraulic borehole drills equipped with dust collectors and automatic hole humidification systems are used. During the disassembling, focusing on safety and quality of the process, we apply techniques to reduce vibrations, air impacts and eliminate ultra-launches and environmental pollution.

The entire process is done on the basis of scientific foundations and empirical relationships, with the accompaniment of the engineering team and local technicians, as well as specialized companies.

3. LOADING AND TRANSPORTATION

In this stage the primary crushing occurs, where the block of rock has its size reduced in jaw crushers. After fragmentation, the blocks are transported on conveyor belts to the lung pile, which act as a buffer stock to cover any production stoppages and also as a product stock for some applications requiring rock in large particle sizes.

PRIMARY CRUSHING

The material collected in the primary lung is taken to the re-crushing, where the blocks of rock undergo crusher and sieve sequences for size reduction and separation respectively. In the sieves the product separations take place in the particles size range that meet the needs of the market, and the efficiency of the equipment and processes guarantee the quality of the company’s products.

5. RE-CRUSHING AND CLASSIFICATION

The material collected in the lung is taken to the re-crushing, where the blocks of rock undergo crusher and sieve sequences for size reduction and separation respectively. In the sieves the product separations take place in the particle size range that meet the needs of the market, and the efficiency of the equipment and processes guarantee the quality of the products.

6. STORAGE AND QUALITY CONTROL

The products separated into specific grain sizes are stored in piles and are available for delivery or withdrawal to supply the consumer market. All products are daily analyzed at the local laboratory to ensure quality in form, absence of contaminants, resistance and grain size curves.
